The Dousman House is the only historical wedding venue in Prairie Du Chien, also located on the island with the Mississippi River in the front yard! We can accommodate any party or event that you may be interested in! Venue pricing will depend on the type, size, and date of the party. Pricing will include the tables, chairs, all china glassware, bartenders, and waitstaff. We can comfortably fit 450 inside, but can make other arrangements if you need more space! Catering is done through The Barn restaurant in Prairie Du Chien! Food prices are dependent on meat options. One meat is $18.99, two meat is $21.99 and three meat is $24.99 per person. That comes with a choice of potato, salad, and vegetable! We also have an appetizer menu as some people prefer appetizers instead of a sit-down dinner, or if you’d like appetizers during your social hour! We require a deposit and signed a lease to save the date of your event! The deposit will be refunded the week after the event!
